The European Commission – DG JUST, has published our impact assessment study on policy options for a new initiative on minimum standards in insolvency and restructuring law.
The Impact Assessment supports the EC initiative presenting a set of European rules on business insolvency. This initiative aims to enhance the “rescue culture” in the EU and to give honest entrepreneurs a second chance of doing business after a bankruptcy. Our team analysed different policy options and their economic and social impacts.
The study was carried out by the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy in collaboration with Valdani Vicari & Associati (VVA), the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) and Grimaldi Studio Legale.
